1. Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
2. The delivery of the Products shall be subject to the following delivery conditions:
(a) All Products bought through the Website will be delivered to your designated shipping address, subject to applicable shipping restrictions, via standard courier services arranged by the Company through its logistics partner(s).
(b) In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/mobile.
(c) In case a User purchases multiple Products in one transaction, dispatch of all the Product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
(d) Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.
(e) We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, force majeure, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching or other similar circumstances.
(f) Estimated delivery time is of 4 to 5 days from the date of order confirmation. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to, inter alia,
(i) force majeure;
(ii) logistical impediments;
(iii) political disruptions;
(iv) bad weather;
(v) flight delays; or
(vi) any other unforeseen circumstances.
(g) We shall not be responsible or liable in case of delay in delivery of the Products.
3. There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 499. However, if your order is less than INR 499, there will be a shipping charge of INR 50.

You agree and acknowledge that, for the purpose of ensuring timely delivery of purchased Products, we may request or collect certain details such as your name, shipping address, billing address, nearby landmarks, and contact information. You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete, and sufficient to identify the correct delivery location. In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate, incomplete, or insufficient details provided by you at the time of placing the order, you shall bear full responsibility. We shall not be held liable in any manner for any failure or delay in delivery arising from such incorrect or incomplete information.
5. The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
6. We engage logistics partners and personnel with professionalism and integrity, but their conduct and actions are beyond our control. As we only facilitate delivery, we are not liable for delays, wrong deliveries, tampering, or misconduct by delivery personnel. Any disputes with them must be resolved by you directly, without our involvement.
7. Protense does not ship outside India at the moment.
8. You may request a return, refund, or replacement for any Product purchased through the Website in line with our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy available on the Website [insert hyperlink]. These terms do not in any way restrict your rights to return or cancel under applicable laws.
